Resolved Question: How long does the ODAR office in Downey, CA take on hearing decisions?

My hubby's hearing was on 7/28/11 at the Downey, California SSDI hearing office. The judge made a favorable decision on the spot. It's been over 46 days and we have not heard anything. My hubby called the hearing office last week and they said the case is still in "Review". First I want to know if anyone knows how long that office has been taking to issue written decisions?
