Resolved Question: How to report on cults who are killing are children by mutulation. the police wont help?

I know of a cult living in the Downey, Pico Rivera, Norwalk area. They killed a young boy in Pico Rivera the body was found dismembered in trash bags one of the cult members is in custody, however the rest of the cult is running around loose at this moment they have three young boys who they are torturing. I called the police and have given address i could hear the screams coming from one of the apartments. This cult has been killing all over Southern California and nothing has been done. Most of the bodies are found dismembered they killed Michele Lazona during Easter Weekend as a sacrifice to the devil. I know someone in this cult. They stock me all the time i have to move from my apartments all the time. What can we the public do, when the police is not helping the Pico Rivera Station has many reports and nothing is being done. Are kids are not safe while this group of people are free in our society.
